Fulfilment Policy – Crafted Influence

At Crafted Influence, we believe in delivering results with clarity and transparency. This policy outlines how our services are fulfilled once a client engages with us.

Service Delivery:
  • Our primary service is building and running AI Outreach Systems that generate qualified leads and booked appointments for B2B businesses.

  • Once onboarding is complete and target client criteria are confirmed, outreach campaigns will typically launch within 5–10 business days.

  • Campaign setup includes: ata research, AI-powered personalization, outreach sequence design, and testing.

Pay-Per-Result Model (Initial Engagement):
  • To ensure trust and reduce risk, new clients start under a pay-per-result model.

  • You only pay for verified results (e.g., booked qualified calls/meetings).

  • A result is defined as: a confirmed meeting scheduled with a prospect that fits the agreed ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).

Retainer Model (Ongoing Partnership)
  • After the initial pay-per-result phase, and once you are satisfied with results, you may transition to a monthly retainer model for continuous delivery and scaling.

  • Retainer services include ongoing list building, campaign optimization, A/B testing, and performance reviews.

Client Responsibility
  • Provide accurate information about your target market and ICP.

  • Be available to attend booked meetings promptly.

  • Inform us of any changes to your offerings or positioning that may affect outreach.

Refunds & Cancellations
  • Under the pay-per-result model, you only pay for results delivered—no refunds apply.

  • Under the retainer model, you may cancel or pause with 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • If you are unsatisfied, we will work with you to resolve issues before termination.
